"Oh! Wolfgang / Good Grief!" is a limited edition 12 inch 45 rpm picture vinyl inspired by a recent text published in the magazine, art -Das Kunstmagazin ("Kunstwerke haben oft zwei Leben", Wolfgang Ullrich, 01/2016). The lyrical content of the record is an adaption of texts taken from Dave Beech's book "Art and Value: Art's Economic Exceptionalism in Classical, Neoclassical and Marxist Economics" (Brill, 2015). Commenting on Ullrich's original text, Liam Gillick said, "I found the text amazing. Who knew that art has two lives? Good grief..." Oh! Wolfgang / Good Grief! is part of a series of editions that the artist has produced in collaboration with Brigade Commerz Editions since 2009.
